2025 NL Youth Gathering
When: Friday March 7th, 2025 - Sunday March 9th, 2025
Time: 6:00 P.M. Friday - 11:00 A.M. Sunday
Where: Burry Heights Camp & Retreat
Who: Pathfinders, Rangers, Trex and Bridging Members
Cost: $150.00 plus HST per Youth
Optional T-Shirt Purchase for $15.00 plus HST
A deposit of $25.00 plus 100% of the taxes are required upon registration. Final Payment will be due February 14th, 2025

Newfoundland and Labrador Provincial Youth Gathering, March 7th-9th, 2025! The theme is Explore the Magic! This theme is inspired by Disney in combination with the WAGGGS World Centres. The gathering is open to Pathfinders, Rangers, Trex, and Bridging members. The Youth Gathering will be a thrilling weekend filled with meeting new friends from across the province, along with fun activities and learning new skills. We will be taking inspiration from Disney as well as the World Centres as we learn useful life skills, make crafts, learn more about ourselves as well as others, get outside and much more!
The cost per participant is $150 plus HST. All meals, activities and accommodations are included in the registration fee. A bus will leave the West Coast picking up participants at scheduled locations along the Trans-Canada Highway. Participants from Labrador should contact nearyc@girlguides.ca to book travel arrangements. Participants east of Burry Heights are responsible for arranging their own transportation to and from the event.
T-shirts are available for an additional $15 plus HST. More information about the Youth Gathering and a kit list will be shared with registered participants prior to the event. A limited number of adults are needed for this event and will be selected based on the required skill sets. Please register through the online registration form. If Guiders have any questions about the Youth Gathering, please reach out to Laci at nl-youth1@girlguides.ca
Once registration is completed, you will receive a confirmation email receipt (be sure to check your spam/junk folder.) If you do not receive this receipt, please complete the registration again.
Please be sure to complete the following Safe Guide and health forms and mail them to NL Girl Guides headquarters located at 63 Roosevelt Avenue, St. John’s, NL A1A 0E8 by February 14, 2025.
