Time: 7 p.m. Wednesday to 1 p.m. Sunday
Location: Providence Renewal Centre (Edmonton)
Who: 3rd year Pathfinders, Rangers, and Trex
(14 - 18 years old at the time of event)
Cost: $325 plus GST for ANY Council Youth
Cost: $425 plus GST for Non-ANY Members and Non-GGC Members
Registration Deadline: February 5, 2026 at 11:55 pm. MST

The registration fee covers all meals, snacks, off-site activities, and four nights' accommodation.

Additional Documents
Transportation
- A round-trip bus from Calgary to Edmonton will be available for an extra charge of $100 plus GST. You can select this during registration.
- Transportation from/to the Edmonton airport or Edmonton Red Arrow bus station is organized individually
- Transportation to/from Edmonton is not included in the fees.

If you wish to purchase tickets for only the Banquet portion (or you have guests who wish to attend), please follow this link to order.

Additional Information
- Once registered, delegates to AGP will receive a comprehensive information package by email in February.
- Participants must be the age of a third-year Pathfinder, Trex, or Ranger, ages 14-18 years old at the time of the event.

If you need financial assistance, please register and pay the 10% registration fee. Then email Dana Wagner at wagnerd@girlguides.ca for more details on completing your registration payment before February 21, 2026.
