ALBERTA GIRLS’ PARLIAMENT 52nd SESSION – 2024

Are you a Pathfinder, Trex or Ranger, 14 to 18 years old at the time of the event?

When: Wednesday April 3 -  Sunday April 7, 2024
Time: 7:00pm Wednesday to 1:00pm Sunday
Where: Providence Renewal Centre
                         3005 119 St NW Edmonton, Alberta
Who: Pathfinder, Ranger or Trex who are 14 to 18 years old at the time of the event
Two positions are available for third-year Pathfinders - Clerk and Sergeant at Arms
Transportation: Transportation from/to the Provincial Renewal Centre from/to the Edmonton airport or Edmonton Red Arrow bus station is included. 
Transportation to/from Edmonton is not included in the fees. Bussing to/from Calgary will be arranged at an additional cost. 

Increase public speaking and debate skills; learn about the parliamentary process; meet interesting motivational speakers chosen by the elected delegates; have fun with participants from all over Alberta and beyond; complete your Duke of Edinburgh Residential requirement; shop at West Edmonton Mall; tour the Alberta Legislature Building; find out about different political careers; make lasting friendships; receive the exclusive AGP pin and crest; and so much more!
 

Registration fee includes all meals, snacks, activities, and four nights’ accommodation.
Participants will need to bring their own spending money for West Edmonton Mall.

Alberta Girl Guide members will be charged an initial deposit of 10% upon registration with the balance due March 2, 2024 or earlier.

Please complete the following H.1, H.3, and SG.3 required forms and bring them with you to hand in at the event.
