Join us for Ember Camp Academy at Camp Jubilee! 

At this outdoor focused event, Embers will learn camp and outdoor skills while making new friends. The entire day will be outside, regardless of the weather. The event cost is $30 per Ember and includes the site rental, activities, event crest, and bussing to and from Camp Jubilee. 

Please note, the detailed event package provides more information for Guiders and will be sent out after registration.

Key Guider Information: 

• Transportation is provided to and from camp 
• Please ensure you have proper ratio for your unit (1:8 with minimum of 2 Female Supervisors as defined by Safe Guide) 
• Unit First Aider is required 
• We ask that multi-units bring only their Ember members as all activities will be designed for 7-8 year old's. 
• All participants are to bring their own nut-free lunch and snacks for the day

• If you are interested in volunteering for this event, please reach out to any-calgaryembercampacademy@girlguides.ca 
• Guide, Pathfinder and Ranger Units are welcome to volunteer! 

This is the information to have on hand when you are ready to register or jump on the waitlist: 

• Unit Name & District (108th Calgary Embers, Tall Trees) 
• Unified Banking Number (If you are registering 2 units with different UB numbers, please register each unit separately) 
• A reasonable estimate of Youth Members attending (This can be adjusted, either reduced or slightly increased, by the date in the Guider package - found on the registration page) 
• Approximate number of adults planning to attend (to be confirmed by the date in the Guider Package) 
• Email addresses of other guiders who should be included on the distribution for event information (You can have another adult register your unit, even if they aren't attending the event, but please make sure that we have the contact of at least one Guider who is attending the event)

Event Guider Package and forms will be sent out to units after registration.
