Inspire Guider Conference 2025

When: Friday November 7th, 2025 - Sunday November 9th, 2025 
Where: Atlas Hotel (4711 Albert St, Regina SK, S4S 3R6)
Who: Third Year Rangers OR Ranger JR Leaders (Must be working in a Unit) & Adult Guiders
Cost: $100.00 plus tax for Conference Only; $400.00 plus Tax for Conference plus Hotel - Single Accommodation; $250.00 plus Tax for Conference plus Hotel - Double Accommodation
Registration Deadline: October 10th, 2025 @ 1:00 P.M. for Hotel Accommodations OR October 31st, 2025 @ 11:55 P.M. for Conference only. 

Join us for our annual Guider Conference, INSPIRE 2025!

Join us at The Altas Hotel in Regina to connect with old friends, meet new ones, and expand your knowledge and skills within whatever your Guiding role may be.

All Adult Guiders will be required to bring a completed H.2 (Adult Health Form) and all Rangers will be required to bring a completed SG.2 (Parent/Guardian permission slip) and H.1 (Personal Health Form) upon arrival. The Safe Guide forms will be emailed to registered Rangers prior to the event. 

Sessions are in 90 minute blocks. Drop-In sessions are available on Friday night and Sunday sessions will be based on your Districts and Branch(es) you volunteer with.
