Paddle and Explore Day Event


When: Saturday May 24th, 2025 OR Sunday May 25th, 2025 OR Saturday June 7th, 2025 OR Sunday June 8th, 2025
Where: St Malo Provincial Park
Who: Sparks, Embers, Guides, Pathfinders, Rangers, Trex and Adult Guiders
Cost: $35 plus tax per Youth; $35 plus tax per Guider outside of Ratio. Guiders within Ratio are free
Payment will be initiated via Unit Bank Transfer by a Staff Member at National. No action is required on the units part. 
Registration Deadline: April 17th, 2025 @ 11:55 P.M. CST

Paddle and Explore Day Event - Canoeing, Swimming, and land based camping skill activities!
*Please note: A valid swim test and / or boating test is required for each member (adult and youth) participating

*If you are a Pathfinder / Trex / Ranger unit/Member registering for the Overnight Excursion, please refrain from signing up for the Day Event. Please use the Paddle and Explore Overnight Excursion registration form to register.

Additional Details: 

- The event planning team will be submitting blanket Safe Guide forms for the day event portion. Units will be responsible for submitting their own Safe Guide paperwork to include the overnight portion and their first aider. 
- There will be variable start and end times. Units will sign up for a morning or afternoon slot and then the event planning team will confirm individual start times in a post-registration package.
-A kit list will be provided in our post-registration package for the Day event portion - not the overnight camping. Unit's will be responsible for overnight camping portion - we just have a site booked.
