Participants can choose to attend Friday Evening, Saturday Training, and/or Saturday Meeting and Dinner. Selections will be in the Registration process.
Accommodations
If you require accommodations, you are responsible for booking them.
- **We have reached capacity for our reserved block, at the Crowne Plaza, therefore you are encouraged to book at another hotel, advise your Area Commissioner, and submit expense or use your P Card for the charges. If you are using your P Card, please ensure you increase your limit to accommodate the charges **
- 50% of private/single occupancy rooms will be assessed back to the member
Please note: the collection of billing information at the end of this registration form is a technicality. There will be no payment withdrawn at the time of registration, as this is a zero cost event.
