Come reconnect, share ideas, learn from one another, and start the Guiding year feeling inspired and energized!

Adult Members from all Districts, including Trefoil Guild members, are welcome to attend.

Throughout the weekend, participants will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of informal, interactive sessions led by fellow Guiders. Sessions will be shaped by participant interests and discussion and may include topics such as:

Planning for the Guiding year ahead
Platform deep dives
Safe Guide updates and best practices
Awards and recognition
Unified Banking
Training opportunities
Independent Travel Groups
Sharing successes, challenges, and innovative ideas

There is no obligation to participate in every session. This event is also an opportunity to relax, connect with Guiding friends, work on a hobby, enjoy nature, and recharge for the year ahead.

Registration is $45 for the full weekend or $20 per day for those attending only part of the event.

Optional group activities may include hiking, kayaking, and other outdoor adventures, depending on interest and weather conditions.

Indoor accommodation space is limited; however, outdoor tenting options are available for those who wish to camp. Please indicate your accommodation choice.

Meals will be prepared on site. To help us plan appropriately, please indicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or food considerations during registration.
