NL Provincial Camp 2025!

Cost: There is no Registration Fee for Adult Guiders to attend Camp.

All Adult Guiders should register by February 10th, 2025
 

Note: This registration form is for Guiders only. Youth Registration will open on March 1st, 2025 @ 10:00 A.M. NST

NL Provincial Camp will be at Camp Emmanuel in Lewisporte from August 6th-10th 2025. We are looking for Guiders to join our camp committee and help lead camp! Provincial Camp is open to Guides, Pathfinders, Rangers Trex and Bridging members. We are looking to fill the following positions:

-Patrol Guider Liason (this person will connect Patrol Guiders with the camp committee)
-Patrol Guiders
-First Aiders
-Site Services
-Program aids
-Special event aid

*Please note there will be a selection process for some positions

Transportation (via bus and plane) to and from camp is free for all Guiders and Youth. We are not paying mileage for those who drive themselves to camp. Only those approved on a case per case bases. 

Guiders/Youth living in Newfoundland:

- Bus pickups will be on the THC for those who live a distance of 50km or greater from camp.

Guiders/Youth living in Labrador: 

- Flights will be booked and paid for you to and from Gander. Buses will be there to transport you from the airport to camp. 

Camp t-shirts, a hat, a crest and lanyard are included. Shirt sizing will range from Adult Small to Adult 5XL.
