Quest Team Registration 2024
Date: Friday, October 4 to Sunday, October 6, 2024
Location: Smiley's Provincial Park (Brooklyn, NS)
Who: Pathfinders, Trex (youth ages 11-14) & Guiders
Cost: $85 plus tax per patrol (3-5 youth)
Registration Opens: August 20, 2024 at 9:00am ADT
Registration Deadline: September 20, 2024 at 11:55pm ADT

Please note it's not required to include all names and iMIS numbers of Guiders/Youth at this time.
Quest is a Pathfinder/Ranger/Adult GGC Member camp, with the main focus being a 12-hour Quest where Pathfinders complete projects designed to challenge their outdoor and leadership skills, and their ability to work as a team. Pathfinders register as part of a team of 3-5 people within their unit and work together. Rangers, Bridging Members, and Adult Members, who run the project stations, are core to the Quest experience.

This registration form is for Unit Guiders to complete for the Pathfinder/Trex (ages 11-14) team(s) they have attending from their unit.
Each team is a total of 3-5 Youth.

Guiders are to arrive any time after 5:00pm
Youth are to arrive any time between 6:30 - 8:00pm

Please download this spreadsheet, add information on participants (adult and youth). Please e-mail this to ns-quest@girlguides.ca once it is final. Deadline to send in the information is Friday, September 20, 2024.
Pathfinder Team Registration Template 2024
Forms:
SG.2 Permission forms and H.1 Youth Health Forms are required for every attending Youth, as well as a photo where their face is clearly distinguishable.
Health Forms are NOT to be emailed. Guiders are responsible to bring 2 complete photocopies of H.1 Youth Health Forms for all youth to Quest (1 for Name tags and one to hand in). H.1 forms MUST be completed correctly and completely or else the youth will be asked to leave. Guiders who wish for Core Crew to check their health forms prior to Quest should drop off their 2 photocopies to a member of the Core Crew. Please email ns-quest@girlguides.ca to get the name of the Core Crew in your Area who is collecting forms. Do NOT email forms in. If you have any questions about health forms, please contact ns-quest@girlguides.ca
Adult Health forms (H.2) are required for all attending adults. It is the responsibility of the attending adults to fill out and complete their H.2 form and bring to camp for themselves.
Payment:
Unit Bank Transfers: UB Transfers are processed by staff using the Unit Bank ID you provided (funds will be transferred from your unit bank account to the camp). Please ensure you have the funds in your account before October 9, 2024. Funds will be transferred on this date.
Please note, the collection is billing information at the end of registration is a formality.
There will be no payment withdrawn at time of registration.
