Rally Around BC - Okanagan Rally 2025

Date: Saturday, May 24, 2025

Time: 11:00am - 2:45pm

Location: Interior Provincial Exhibition - IPE Grounds (Armstrong)

Who: Sparks, Embers, Guides, Pathfinders, Rangers, Trex & Adult Members

Cost: $10 per person

Registration Opens: March 3, 2025 at 9:00am Pacific

Registration Deadline: April 13, 2025 at 11:55pm Pacific

 

 

 Join Girl Guide members from all over BC to celebrate our sisterhood! Share in the Spirit of Guiding, rekindle friendships and meet new friends too. Bring swaps to trade, take part in a variety of activities and join in our Rally campfire. 

 

Bus transportation will be provided to Monashee Area Units - this will be arranged after registration closes. 

 

Facility:

  • Gates open at 10:30am | Opening Ceremonies at 11:30am | Campfire and closing Ceremonies at 2:15pm 
  • No In/Out privileges 
  • No food will be served on site. Please bring your own nut-free lunch, snacks, and water bottle 
  • Drinkable water will be provided 
  • No camp stoves or BBQ's will be allowed on site 
  • This is a large field with no seating or cover/shade available. Pop-up style tents and blankets are recommended for your patrol/unit 
  • No pets are allowed at the site 

To Note: 

  • As the Rally is a fair distance from most of our Guiding communities and the site may be accessed by the public and many participants will be travelling by bus, this is considered a yellow level activity. A site-specific SG.4 will be provided to every registered unit. Each participating group must develop, distribute and follow their own Safe Guide plan outside of the actual event. 
  • All patrols/units must provide their own First Aider and the minimum required ratio based on the branch(es) of youth they are registering
  • Any parent helpers attending must be registered in iMIS as a non-member volunteer (A7 form) prior to the event. 
  • Wagons are welcome - but keep in mind transportation limitations. Only one wagon per group, please. 
  • Full kit list will be provided to all registered groups prior to the event date. 

 

 

If you are registering as a single Adult or Trefoil Unit, please put that information on the first page as well as the UB number that we can process payments with.
