Rally Around BC - Rally at the Forum 2025

Location: Pacific National Exhibition (East Vancouver)

Who: Sparks, Embers, Guides, Pathfinders, Rangers, Trex & Unit Guiders

Cost: $7 per youth

Registration Opens: March 3, 2025 at 9:00am Pacific

Registration Deadline: April 13, 2025 at 11:55pm Pacific

Join us on May 25th for Rally at the Forum to celebrate Rally Around BC. This Lower Mainland event is a fun day of swapping traders, participating in Community and Guiding activities, playing games, and meeting new friends. It's a great way to celebrate the Guiding year! The Forum is an indoor venue at the Pacific National Exhibition (PNE). 

Additional Information: 

• Please bring:
  • Sit upon or chair 
  • Sign or banner with your unit name/number on it (ie: 4th North Vancouver Guides) 
  • Name tags for everyone, with the Unit & Guider name and phone number on the back 
  • Access or print out of your ePACT information for your unit 
  • Water bottle 
  • Traders to share 
• Please wear your GG Uniform and comfortable shoes 
• Everyone should bring their own no-litter lunch, individually packaged. 
  • Group Distribution of lunch or snacks will not be permitted 
  • The PNE has granted us an exemption to allow individually wrapped lunches only for this event, we need to cooperate so that we can have future events at this facility
• Parking is available on site 
  • $15/day per vehicle - to purchase on site once you arrive 
  • Free Parking for busses
  • There is a drop-off area by the facility that's available for quick drop offs 
• PNE is very accessible by transit, please visit TransLink to determine your best option 
• No In/Out privileges (this is for security and knowing numbers in the case of a fire/disaster)
