Description:

Calling All Sparks, Embers, Guides, Pathfinders, and Rangers!  

Get ready for an exciting day filled with engaging activities specially crafted for Girl Guides. From guided adventures to scavenger hunts and crafts, there's something for everyone. But that's not all!  

You’ll earn a ROM-exclusive glow-in-the-dark badge—a unique keepsake solely designed and given away during this event. 

So, gather your fellow Girl Guides and embark on a journey of discovery together at ROM. Wonders await you!

Lunch Break will be from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Feel free to bring your own lunch or grab a bite at our ROM Druxy's Cafe. Remember to wear comfy shoes and bring a refillable water bottle! 

Join us for a day filled with discovery, creativity, and a bit of mystery. It’s going to be an unforgettable experience! 

Safe Guide:

Unit Guiders are responsible for their own Safe Guide Forms.

At the event: Guiders are responsible for supervising their own unit and ensuring Safe Guide ratio is met for their unit.

Payment: Unit bank transfer

By submitting a registration, you indicate that you've reviewed and agree to the Event Registration Terms & Conditions.  Payment for this event may only be made by unit bank transfer. The office will be processing the transfers on your behalf.  Payments do not occur automatically; please allow up to 5 days for processing.

A National staff member will initiate payment, which will be collected via Unit Bank Transfer. The units do not need to take any action.

Refunds
All requests for a refund must be submitted via the Events Request for Change to existing event registration Form A refund, less the deposit (if applicable), will be issued up until 30 days prior to the event start date. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. After this time no refunds will be provided without medical documentation, or if extenuating circumstances (e.g., death in the family) apply. Refunds are provided via the same method used to pay for the event. For this reason, if you have paid using a prepaid Visa or Mastercard, we recommend that you retain the card for any future transactions. If an event is cancelled by the event planner, a full refund will be issued. The refund policy is subject to change.
