Who: 3rd year Guides, Pathfinders, Rangers, & Trex

Cost: $0 (cost covered by West Coast Area)

Come out for a day of adventure and learn new skills to help prepare you for backcountry camping! This training is for 3rd-year Guides with some tent camping experience, Pathfinders, Rangers & Trex members.

The West Coast Area Camping Committee will be hosting two youth backpacking trips later this summer and this training or equivalent experience is required to attend either backpacking trip. 
Participants are to bring their own packed nut-free lunch for the day. Snacks and a crest will be provided to all participants. 

Participants sign up individually. You do not need to attend with a unit or have a Guider present.
