Booking Opening Dates
August 1st for bookings September 1st - Dec. 31st
November 1st for bookings Jan. 1st - August 31st
November 1 - Outdoor tenting sites may be booked by any branch of Guiding. Indoor camps may be booked by any branch of Guiding for January to March.
Booking November 1 - November 30 - Sparks and Embers only bookings for indoor camps in April to June.
December 1 - Indoor camp bookings April to June available to any branch.
Note: Two-night camps are preferred, but one-night camps are acceptable from Friday 4:00 pm to Saturday 3:00 pm OR Saturday 4:00 pm to Sunday 4:00 pm. Third-Party school day camps are run 8am - 4pm, unless there are 2 groups, then one will be 9am-5pm. If you need a flexible arrival or departure time, please contact the BC-PropertyBookings@girlguides.ca
IF YOU SUBMIT A BOOKING BEFORE ANY OF THE ABOVE OPENING DATES, YOUR REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. From this page you can book dates for the selected property.
2. Select the category of booking you want to book (i.e. Day, Overnight, Equipment).
3. On the Calendar, if the date box is grey, click on the date box of your check-in day. Then, if you are booking an overnight camp, click on the calendar date box of the date you are checking out, and click "RESERVE". If for a Day or Equipment booking, click on the start time (check-in) and then end-time (check-out) and then click "RESERVE".
4. Repeat for any additional sites, dates or equipment, then click "CHECKOUT".
