The bus will leave Owen Sound at 1:30 p.m. \n \n \n \n Dinner is not included: We will be dropped off at Humber Butterfly Park for a picnic dinner option or there is food available to purchase onsite. \n \n \n \n Participants can register as a unit, or big and littles are welcome to join on their own. Siblings welcome, subject to space availability. \n \n \n Safe Guide \n \n \n \n This is a green-level event. \n Guiders, please provide parents/guardians with the following forms: SG.1, SG.2, and H.1 forms. \n \n \n Guider Responsibilities \n \n \n Before the event \n \n \n As noted in the Safe Guide section, Guiders are responsible for distributing and collecting appropriate paperwork for the participants attending from their unit. \n \n \n At the event \n \n \n Guiders are responsible for supervising their unit and ensuring the Safe Guide ratio is met for their unit. \n \n \n Payments - Unit transfer payment \n \n \n By submitting a registration, you indicate that you've reviewed and agree to the Event Registration Terms & Conditions. \n \n \n Within five days of your initial registration, the Event Staff will arrange for a transfer of your deposit from your unit. The deposit is 50% of the registration fee. The final balance transfer will occur within 30 days of the event. If you register within 30 days of the event, the full amount will be transferred from your unit. The office will be processing the transfers on your behalf. \n \n \n ***A National staff member will initiate payment, which will be collected via Unit Bank Transfer.
