DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Calgary Area Nite Trek 2026 - Pathfinder Unit Application \n  \n Theme: Trek to Olympus \n  \n  \n Date: Saturday, October 17 - Sunday, October 18, 2026 \n  \n  \n Time: 12:00pm Saturday to 1:30pm Sunday \n  \n  \n Location: Camp Mockingbird \n  \n  \n Who: Pathfinder Units, Trex Units & Unit Guiders  \n  \n  \n Cost: $70 (plus GST) per youth  \n  \n Bussing Location: Ambrose University (150 Ambrose Cir SW, Calgary, AB T3H 5M6) \n  \n  \n Registration Opens: June 15, 2026 at 10:00am MST \n  \n  \n Registration Deadline: June 18, 2026 at 4:00pm MST \n  \n Please note it's not required to include all names and iMIS numbers of Guiders/Youth at this time.  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n The Calgary Area tradition continues! Join us on a Trek to Olympus. \n  \n This event is for Pathfinder units who will venture out on a late night hike in small teams while stopping at stations to complete fun activities, run by Ranger Volunteers.  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n PLEASE NOTE: Registration for this event is a lottery system. Registration will be open for 24 hours and units will be chosen via random draw until the event is full. There will be no waitlist for this event.  \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n   \n  \n  \n Additional Information for Guiders:  \n  \n  \n  \n 	Busses roll out at 12:15pm Saturday morning - returning to Calgary by 1:30pm Sunday \n 	Friday to Sunday camping is available - please indicate that during registration, if your unit wishes to come out for an extra night's camping \n 	SG.2 forms will be circulated when we know if the forms will be updated by National or not (usually in late august) \n 	Important deadlines are in the Guider package for meetings and participant registration \n 	Guiders must plan to provide Yellow Ratio (1:7) for their group, as well as a unit First Aider and an adult for the bus \n 	Unit Leaders will be expected to fill a volunteer role at the event.
