If fewer than six girls are listed after the deposit deadline, additional girls may be added to fill remaining spaces \n The attendee list can be adjusted unit payment is due, 30 days after the submission. \n \n \n Registration fees (per person): \n \n \n 1. Guiders will receive pre-filled: \n \n \n \n SG.1 – Activity Plan \n \n \n Requirements \n \n \n For all Responsible Guiders \n \n \n \n Guiders must bring the completed H.1 forms to the event. \n An SG.4 for the activity at the University of Calgary will be shared closer to the date. Guiders must prepare an SG.4 for the travel portions of the activity. \n \n \n For units attending the overnight component \n \n \n \n Distribute H.2 to the adults attending. \n Bring completed forms to the event. \n \n \n Unit transfer payment \n \n \n Within 30 days of registration, Event Staff will initiate the transfer of a non-refundable $ 100-per-participant deposit from your unit. A second payment will be processed in November, and the remaining balance will be transferred in February. \n \n \n For registrations completed within 30 days of the event, the full registration fee will be transferred at the time of registration.
