West Coast Area Guider Appreciation & Awards Event 

Date: Sunday, May 4th, 2025

Time: 1:00 - 4:00pm

Location: Van Dusen Botanical Gardens (Vancouver) 

Who: Adult members in West Coast Area (19 years and older) 

Cost: $33.33/ person plus GST 

Registration Deadline: May 2, 2025

Let's come together to celebrate each other! The Area Awards committee and the WCA co-commissioners are hosting the annual awards and appreciation to celebrate you, the fabulous Guiding volunteer! 

Drinks, appetizers, and dessert will be available. Don't forget to nominate a fellow Guider! 
 

Guiders - please talk to your District Commissioner to register for this event!

District's should register for the number of tickets they would like to receive for their Guiders. If you require more or less tickets, please adjust your registration by emailing events@girlguides.ca before April 27, 2025.

For those registering from outside of the district, please pay by credit card.

Please note: The billing page at the end of registration is a technicality. Payment will not be processed at the time of registration. A UB transfer will be initiated afterwards - no action is required from your District. Please make sure the funds are in your account by April 27, 2025.
