LEAP 2025 CREW MEMBER APPLICATION

Expectations of LEAP Crew Volunteers

This form outlines the expectations of all LEAP Crew Volunteers.  By completing the LEAP Crew Volunteer Application, you agree to comply with the following terms pre-camp and while at camp.

1. You are an active member of Girl Guides of Canada, Ontario Council in good standing.
2. You have camping experience, which may include National and/or Provincial Camping Events.
3. You are able to attend the entire camp, which will commence on the evening of Friday August 1, through to Sunday August 10, 2025.
4. You will participant in all mandatory training/orientations.
5. You are responsible for the crew member registration payment ($300 + HST unless otherwise stated).
6. You are willing and able to sleep in a tent for the duration of camp.
7. You are physically able to do light lifting and be on your feet for an extended amount of time.
8. You can be agile and willing to lend a hand outside of the specific function you have been recruited for.
9. You agree to follow current Safe Guide and any other regulations as they may apply.
10. In keeping with GGC’s customer service philosophy, you will deliver the following customer service:
    • Wow the girl!
    • Make it easy
    • Ensure a safe space

If you have one of the following certifications/licenses, and are applying to be a member of the waterfront crew, please choose the Waterfront Crew option on the next page. Due to your qualifications, you will receive $100 off your crew member fee.
