Manitoba 2025 Annual Provincial Convention

Guiders and Rangers - we would like to extend an invitation to each of you to attend the 2025 Annual Provincial Convention! 

This year's theme, Grow in Guiding, will focus on sessions relevant to personal and Guider growth. Our hope is that session options reflect opportunities for new and experienced Guiders. Session options will also include some fun outings to provide a chance to connect with fellow Guiders. 

There is something for everyone! 

The convention is a great way to learn new skills, brush up on old skills, make new friends and reconnect with friends you haven't seen in a while.

Accommodation

Rooms have been reserved at Best Western Plus for $149/night (plus taxes). Contact 204-775-9889 to book one of those rooms - just let them know you're with Girl Guides Manitoba. 

Rooms will need to be booked by March 25, 2025. 

Transportation

There are a few off-site session options being offered. Transportation to these sites will be the responsibility of each attendee. We recommend carpooling with another Guider. 

Uniform Dress Code

Guiding wear is encourages for the sessions and a uniform is required for the dinner.

Banquet Dinner: 

- Saturday evening (6:30 - 10pm) 

- Option to select Vegetarian or non-vegetarian meal during registration

Merchandise Available for Purchase: 

Joggers: $37 plus tax 

This product is made from 13oz 50/50 cotton/polyester fleece. Features include a flat elastic waistband with contrast drawstring, a contrast back zipper picket, and front pockets.

Hoodie: $45 plus tax

This product is made of 15.7oz 60/40 cotton/polyester fleece. Features include a lined hood with contrast drawstring, side pockets with jersey lining, thumbhole at cuffs.

You will need to be able to select your session choices at the time of registration. Please make sure to review the descriptions and schedule to select the session you most want to attend. 

Some sessions may include an additional fee.
