Camp 4 Elements NL Provincial Camp 2024!
 

Date: Thursday August 8th, 2024 @ 5:00 PM - Monday August 12th, 2024
Location: Camp Emanuel Lewisporte
(3 KM off of Trans Canada Highway, Route 430) 
Who: Guides, Pathfinders, Rangers, Bridging Members and Guiders 
Note: All registering youth must be of Guide age as of the 2023/2024 Guiding year. 
Cost: $225 HST per Youth Participant 
(Area's and Districts are able to subsidize Camp cost) 
Registration Type:  Individual Youth and Individual Guiders
Registration Deadline: June 3rd, 2024
Payment Deadline: June 10th, 2024

Note: 10% Payment is due upon registration. 

Come brave the 4 elements: Water, Fire, Earth and Air at NL Provincial Camp 2024! Members from Guides to Bridging Members will experience water activities in the lake, meet Guiding friends from across the province and sleep in tents!

Please complete the following forms for camp. Details on where to submit these will be emailed to participants at a later date.

SG.1 - For caregiver retention, no submission required.
SG.2 - Needs to be submitted
H.1 - Needs to be submitted

Extra Details:

-This event has water activities, all participants will require a swim test to join the water based activities
(If unable to complete prior, please contact Melanie at nl-camping@girlguides.ca) 
-Caregivers are required to register their own individual youth
-The camp committee is organizing transportation (included in the registration fee)
-Patrols will be responsible for their own gear (tents, tarps, etc)
-All participants are responsible for their personal gear
-Cooking gear is not required. Meals will be catered
-Detailed kit list will be provided prior to the event


Camp t-shirts, a crest and lanyard are included. Shirt sizing will range from Youth Small to Adult 5XL.
